Which is the best shop to buy some computer spare parts in Hyderabad?

I keep hearing about Ameerpet and Chenoy Trade Centre (CTC) Secunderabad shops. Both are away from my place, any other shops are there to buy spare parts near Kukatpally or Medhipatnam?

I wanted to buy a 2GB RAM and and a DVD writer?
