What are the cloud computing advantages and disadvantages? I am working on a cloud based application as part of my engineering project. I like to identify advantageous and disadvantageous as part of my project development

Plus points:
- Cost effectiveness, it is pay as you go technology!
- Economical, easy to scale up and scale down
