Today I want to talk about a question that many of us often ponder Is time management a myth
In our fast paced world we are constantly told to manage our time better. We buy planners attend productivity workshops and try every new app that promises to organise our lives. But even after all that many of us feel like there is just not enough time. So it makes us wonder is time management even real or is it just a fancy idea that sounds good but does not work in real life
The truth is time itself cannot be managed. Everyone gets the same twenty four hours in a day. What we can manage is our focus our priorities and our energy. Time management is not about doing more things it is about doing the right things at the right time. It is about learning to say no to distractions and yes to what truly matters.
Where we often juggle family work and societal expectations all at once the challenge is not lack of time but the way we distribute it. Time management is not a myth but a mindset. It is the ability to take control of our actions within the time we have.
So instead of chasing perfect schedules let us focus on making meaningful choices. Let us be present in what we do and give it our best. After all managing time is really about managing ourselves.
