An introduction to The Nod, A Gesture Control Device
Gesture control devices are the new rage in the digital world. Technology is seeing a paradigm shift with startups and investors looking at gesture control devices as the way forward. The Nod is not just another device in this field. It is in advanced prototype stage and has huge potential to perform well. This device has backing from many technology giants like Samsung, Google and so on. Sequoia Capital and Menlo Ventures are very well known venture capitalist organizations backing this venture. The Nod is a waterproof device and is used as a ring. It has metal inner body and a transmission friendly plastic outer body.

It has a ring holder which also functions as a charger. It connects to a host of devices using Bluetooth technology. This device takes gestures from the person wearing it and then transmits signals as commands to the device connected to it. It does this with remarkable accuracy and thus makes it easy to control a host of devices with gestures. It comes in various shapes and colours. Interested people can choose from these permutations and get the best of the gesture controlling device. The Nod is highly effective and very easy to use. The ease with which it works with other devices is surprising.
