Cellular IP: A Paradigm To The Internet Mobility
Cellular IP proposed a standard protocol that uses to build an Internet protocol by providing transparency to mobility application to TCP. It is an internet protocol that is designed to support the mobility host. It aims to provide connectivity of the internet to the surrounding location. Mobile IP is also able to track the location of host mobility without changing the long term of IP address.

CIP Technology
Internet uses to offer the worldwide sources of information which is typically beneficial to the user. There are increasing devices of the wireless technologies that can be used widely by the IP connectivity like PDAs, digital cellular phones, Handhelds etc. It is now robust, flexible and simple protocol for the highly mobile hosts. The scalability limits to the BS based and multi homed PC hardware.

Cellular IP Features
It uses to support the local mobility and also efficiently connects to the Mobile IP that can accommodate several no. of users through separating active hosts. It requires no new encapsulation, packet formats, address space allocations too. CIP is optimized for the macro level mobility as well as relatively slow moving. Its features include easy global migration, efficient location management, cheap passive connectivity, flexible hands off, simple memory less etc.
