Nokia Morph Seminar report, abstract

An introduction to Nokia Morph
Nokia Investigation Facility (NIF) as well as the University or college of Cambridge (UK) in the exhibition "Design and creativity (Design and the Elastic Mind), being held in New York's Museum of Modern Art, presented the concept of nanotechnology device called Morph. Morph to demonstrate the flexibility of future mobile devices and changing their shape by the user depending on his tasks. The relationship in between Nokia along with the University of Cambridge has been declared in March 2007 as part of a long-term research project. Nokia Research Center launched a university-based research lab and organized work with some of its branches, making the focus on nanotechnology. We can say that even experts in the field of nanotechnology has surprised the concept of a new mobile phone - Morph. And it does all of its components have long well researched and prototyping.

Features
  • Flexibility -  Flexibility allow the device to adapt it in any form we require at a time (folded as a bracelet or as a pendant)
  • Self Cleaning - Devices Become Self - Cleaning and self-preserving. Dirt and fingerprints are no longer a problem due to the applied nanotechnology
  • Transparent Electronics - This phone not only grants us flexibility and aesthetics but also has properties of self - Cleaning to keep you always spotless and is semitransparent.
  • Advance Power Source With the help of nanotechnology it is charged by solar energy using Nanograss.
  • Haptic Surface With the Help of Nanosensors it performs analysis of air pollution to tell us about biochemical agents that surround us So even tell us if we should wash fruit before eating it.
